How it works
This page compares a practical starter set of productivity apps across workflow focus, collaboration strength, setup complexity, budget fit, and common features.
Each app receives a weighted score from 0 to 100. Feature matches add points, mismatches reduce points slightly, and the final score is rounded to the nearest whole number for readability.
The generator uses general product positioning rather than live pricing or current release details. Treat the shortlist as planning guidance, then confirm any vendor-specific details before rolling out to a team.
